Paula Salvatore served as Vice President, Senior Director, and Studio Manager of Capitol Studios for many years before rising into her role as Vice President of Client Relations and Studio Marketing at Universal Music Group.

At Capitol, she was directly instrumental in facilitating recording sessions with countless influential artists, including Paul McCartney, Frank Sinatra, Diana Krall, Bob Dylan, Barbara Streisand, James Taylor, Tony Bennett, and Natalie Cole.

Prior to her tenure with Capitol Studios and UMG, Paula managed the legendary Sound City Studios.

She is a highly respected voice of authority in the music industry, often called upon for advisement, speaking engagements, and panel discussions.
